But most of all good breathing is one of the best tools to stimulate the relaxation response which results in less tension and an overall sense of well-being. According to the Chinese, breath work is a major way of working with your universal life force – you Chi. Working with your breath can help build up chi and transform it into other forms of energy for the body.
